Detection of surface and near surface defects of custom casting parts:

1, liquid penetration test

Liquid penetration test is used to check the defects of various openings on the surface of castings, such as surface crack, surface pinhole and so on.

2, eddy current testing

Eddy current testing is applied to check the surface below the general is not more than 6 ~ 7MM depth of the defects. Eddy current testing method and 2 kinds of coil winding method.

3，magnetic particle inspection

Magnetic particle testing is suitable for the detection of surface defects and the surface of the surface of the following defects, it needs DC magnetic equipment and magnetic powder to detect operation.
